Wanted d3 19inch cap screw and bolt see in picture

Hi any one help me find this part where I can buy them ?

If you take one of the caps in to a local Hardware store, they should be able to identify the screw head nut & bolt size and style.

They are a standard metric size, either M3 or M4 Nyloc M3 stainless A2. I normally use Spalding fasteners, they advertise on eBay too:
