1998 Top Gear review of the BMW ALPINA B10 3.5

Post by neil » Wed Oct 21, 2015 9:30 pm

I've just uploaded a old top review of the BMW ALPINA B10 3.5

It's from 1988 - Series 20 - not sure if it will stay on youtube - hoping it will be ok.

You can see it here:

Been waiting for this to appear ever since I watched it at the Sytner meet several years ago. I have just saved it to my computer :)

Neil, you don't happen to have the Clarkson video of the B10 V8 unedited where he says (IIRC) at the end: "That's what the M5 should have been" No one believes me that he says this at the end
Oscar Wilde & Burkard Bovensiepen: I have the simplest tastes. I am always satisfied with the best.

This is a link to a Bulgarian site hosting the Clarkson Top Gear Alpina B10 v M5 review.

It's really slow - REALLY REALLY slow to download, we're talking slower than the old dial up slow. Set it going, go and make a brew, have a nap, make another brew kinda slow.
