Location: The Barn Coffee Shop at Newlands Corner, Guildford - same as last time
Date: Sat 3rd of Sun 4th of Feb UPDATE: Now proposing different dates, see end of post.
The location is fairly small with a gravel drive for parking so it will be cosy if we have a large turnout, but there is the main Newlands Corner car park across the road as well if we need it. You can get good cafe drinks and food here.
The postcode is GU4 8SE, although this is slightly inaccurate if you look on google map or whatever, it is actually directly opposite Drove Road (the main Newlands Corner parking area).
I could also suggest a short route if people fancy a drive at the end of the meet.
Could people confirm if they can make this weekend and which day they would prefer, Sat or Sun or either. I will then confirm the day and will need people to confirm if they are coming so I can book a table to ensure we have some space.

This Event is confirmed as Sunday 4th of March, bar opens 11:30 , please arrive by 11:30 if possible to be sure of parking and table space.

The car park is right next to the pub. I have spoken to the manager, it isn't possible to book but if people arrive by 11:30 there should be no problem parking and getting seats. It is in a great location for some tootling down country lanes as well
