I know that some of you would say that this is the perfect reason TO attend, but the following morning we are entertaining 40 plus 5 years olds at my twins' birthday party

we need deposits and food choices so that the pub can organising getting the right numbers purchased...

the deposit is the pub's idea not ours.. we need it otherwise we can't guarantee your place.

Ok folks here's the final list of those attending

The table is booked for 8pm and we're planning on eating around 8.30pm

There will be 2 tables in the main resturant which should make for a better atmosphere (rather than being tucked away in the function room)

There will be a band playing and I understand the bar will be open till 12am

I and a few others may/should be there a little before 8pm

I've spoken to the pub landlord and rather than splitting the bill up 10 or 20 ways they'd prefer the meal bill to be paid as a single amount. Therefore can you all make sure that for the meal at least you have sufficient cash on you rather than relying on 'flexable friends'

I understand that it might be possible for you to put drinks on a 'tab' but i'll leave that up to each couple/party and the pub.
