can we have a decision on the exact date by Monday 7th August as this way i' can write an update piece to be included in the Club Mag and also get it put on the club website calendar and perhaps we'll get a bigger turnout.

Why not be bold and say the meet will be on September 30th.

just realised that the 30th is a Saturday not a Sunday - was that the intention ?

Looks like I made a big mistake with the date. Not only is the 30th a Saturday so the date should be Sunday 1st October but we have a weekend away in Cheshire with Sarah's parents that I forgot about.

Andy if it is too late to change back to September 24th arrange the meet for Sunday 1st October and I will either send my apologies or see if I can drive back Sunday morning.

looks like it would be just Tony who couldn't make the 24th so it's up to you Kevin.

It would be a shame to have a meet on your doorstep without you being able to be there...

It's up to you.. obviously i'd like to have as many people there as possible.
so is it the 24th or will a Sunday morning jaunt back on the 1st Oct be a likelyhood rather than a slight possibilty?

Andy, arrange the meet for Sunday October 1st. We have postponed our weekend in Cheshire until half term later in October.

just sent the email to the club to get the details on their events listing and also in the next mag.

Between now and then can you speak to the landlord of the pub and make him aware of the plans/dates etc..
