Today - That same B3S Convertible

Post by Petrolhead » Wed Aug 15, 2007 10:38 pm

Spotted today doing the same commute as I spotted it last time - a dark blue B3S covertible, plate FN04 B**. Looked very nice, even with it's roof up in the pouring rain.

Hang on, where was this? Maybe my mind's playing tricks, but I think I saw the same car on the A3 yesterday.

It was on Salt Box Road in Guildford, which isn't far from the A3 at all. You could well have seen it. Where abouts on the A3 were you?

Yep, that makes sense. You do that route every day? In the B5? Damn close to our house.

Hi Alex son of Jezza, aka Petrolhead, so I've been spotted. Only had the beauty for a month...been looking for a few years for something special. Would be pleased to take you and dad for run on next sunny day! Local between Pirbight and Normandy. PJ

PJ, it's great that you managed to find this thread! It's a lovely looking car and everytime I've seen it I'm in awe of it. It certainly is special. What's the colour - not Orient Blue is it? We'll have to meet up sometime when the weather picks up, we live in Guildford. Looking forward to it. In the mean time, have you got any pics? You could also put it up on the register.
Alex.
