Jaguar Project 7 near Goodwood 14/09/19

I saw this car on Saturday, not too far from Goodwood where the Goodwood Revival was taking place.
It is badged as a Jaguar Project 7 and is on French plates. An impressive looking car of which I know nothing about, any Jaguar experts on this board to enlighten me?

In the next street from me someone had one these, they've moved now so can't ask questions but what a sound it made! Certainly woke us up on a Sunday morning!!!
