Does anyone know anything in relation to an ALPINA [G20] 3-series yet? Any rumours or news ... ?

Does anyone know anything in relation to an ALPINA [G20] 3-series yet? Any rumours or news ... ?

The Geneva motor show is in March but that is only 6 months after the launch of the G20 for BMW, from memory the last time there was a new generation for the 3 series, Alpina got the B3 F30 out around a year after BMW launched it (BMW F30 March 2012 - Alpina F30 March 2013). The D3 F30 followed 6 months later.

So going by that timeline you would expect the B3 to launch in October 2019 at Paris MS.

Thoughts would be:

4WD/AWD?
More HP or less (you would expect more for the B3 like the other petrol line up in the range)?
Less HP or more (this is in respect to D3 and other Diesels in the line-up that have less that the last generation such as the D5 for example)?
Continuation of the D3 with so much bad PR on Diesel (Alpina do not look like giving up on Diesel anytime soon as they have the XD3/4 and D5 all recent as generations)?
New Alloy wheel option (return of dynamics or something new)?
There has to be a new engine or power unit at some point (hybrid etc)?
Everything else cabin and refinements wise the usual Alpina standard?

Alpina at stand 6252 in Geneva so I am sure some forum members may go and get a further update, but Alpina will keep things close to their chests I would think. My above dates are from memory so corrections welcome.
