Sticking centre cap

Any thoughts how I can free up a centre cap that has resisted WD40 and brute force.

My local Indie did it with his finger nail -

Sorted out the tyre pressures but ABS warning light on and needs a new sensor.

Just as well I didn't risk going to the Ace Cafe as I've no ABS or Traction control.
