Wheel centres - making me angry!!

Post by Rav » Sat Jun 16, 2018 8:20 pm

I cant get two of the Alpina wheel centres on my car.
I was told that a recent refurb meant that the clear coat was too think.
With the rubber gasket the centres just dont lock in place. Without the seal they are fine, but wobble about.
I found the brass tool to push these in, but even with that they just dont go in.

Any ideas how to get this fixed....?

Hi mate you will need to carefully rub the inner edge of the rim with a scotch pad this will thin out the clear coat
