~Just a heads up. My throttle body pipe is split and its an Alpina part.

I've been waiting for 5 weeks after ordering it from my dealer (£100!) My dealer is in useless mode at the moment so after chasing them up for the 4th time its currently NLA. Alpina say they are switching supplier and there is no date for when this new stock is coming or when its being manufactured.

I guess the duck tape is going to have to hold. Just thought you'd all want to know. Not really good enough is it?

might want to contact them as the part no does not tie up with the description

the 3.3 has a different number for the intake boot - they are not the same

So went to dealer yesterday to pick up some parts and the parts guy comes out with one extra box..............

Ok, great i think. I said "how long have you had this then?!" He said "has no one text you sir"? "Um, No i've not had a text from you guys to say a parts arrived for probably 18months. I assumed your machine was broken!"

This is the label so it would seem it fits 330i based 3.3 cars aswell. Difference being the 330i based cars are fly by wire throttle and the early 328i based 3.3 cars havea throttle cable and the physical size of the throttle body is different. The later is bigger

All on,

So they must be back in stock of some people!!
