Well I think itâ€™s fair to assume it wonâ€™t be being sold anytime soon with that price tag. Lovely looking car but it is a cat c/d is it not so surely in cloud cuckoo land price wise.

I think you only have to declare it if you know it to be such but given that it looks like the seller is the same person as the repairer, then it could be difficult to plead ignorance.
