Interesting thread and a topic of conversation over dinner with Andy Bovensiepen on Thursday, he was saying they had put a lot of effort in to getting the information about Alpinas and parts out to the dealers and on the BMW system for every Alpina the system flags up in capital letter - SPECIAL ATTENTION, ALPINA CAR, twice over!

As said above though, it is comical when they write 330d on your receipt slip for they keys and you have to ask if they've given you the right slip as you've got an alpina D3 not a standard 330d
