I picked up the Alpina last night!!

Apart from it looking a little frumpy on its 18" winter wheels (it has been in that long) the car looked perfect - including a nice clean outside and in.

She feels exactly the same as she did before - wonderful ride, great start up note and fantastic muscular delivery. Oil change due in 25,000km, car check in 60,000km.

I'm not just waiting for the fluids bill - with the rest going to the warranty company - no confirmation on the amount.

That was much cheaper than expected!!

My bill is 590chf - that covers pretty much every fluid in the car.

The warranty bill is 8,200chf - and includes a new water pump and air-con condenser

Labour was around half that amount. If anyone really wants the itemized bill I'll get it scanned.
