ALPINA GB Trackday - Tuesday 25th April 2017 - Snetterton

Post by neil » Fri Mar 10, 2017 4:27 pm

ALPINA GB are pleased to enclose details of a forthcoming track day being organised in partnership with the Royal Automobile Club and Charlie Butler-Henderson. We expect this to be the first of four held in 2017 before the series is broadened out to European circuits in 2018. The aim is to build a following for Charlie’s ambition of driving for a Le Mans GT team in the next 3-5 years.

For those that have been to other track events, this will appeal to those who would like more freedom – during the half day session you will have unrestricted access to the circuit with your own car, along with other experiences from Caterham, MINI and ALPINA. Everyone will also have the chance to be driven on a ‘Fast Lap’ with Charlie in his MINI CHALLENGE race car!

The day is split into morning and afternoon sessions, with around 35 places for each. Vicki Butler-Henderson will be joining us for lunch, where the morning and afternoon sessions will come together for an enjoyable buffet.

To reserve your place, please contact Andrew Greening via agreening@greeningsinternational.com or 07730 700 292.

Note: We have been given advanced noticed of this before other invitations are sent out.

Loving the fact that this event does not appear in the RAC Events listings, neither has it been mentioned in the Club's Motoring diary.

Any ideas on what the Alpina bit entails?

Don't know about the Alpina connection, but at 3 times the price of a normal track DAY, looks like it is paying for C B-H to go racing.
