Have to assume some remedial work will be lurking . Not a problem
In itself but has to be reflected in my bid maximum . Too easy to get
Carried away in an auction ..

Like most good auction houses they should have the history file there available for inspection. Spend some time going through it to see any recent work carried out. We were lucky when we bought our B3 from there. It did not sell and we were able to deal with the vendor after the auction. No buyers premium, but better still we were able to take the car out for a good test drive. That said I think this one will sell under the hammer.
