9:30 or 10 is fine by me. I will aim for 9:30 ish and if there is traffic it maybe 10ish when I get there!

Good point Phil didn't consider that would be coming southbound as would rodbaegeee ? From some reviews I read southbound had better facilities so didn't need to walk over footbridge

Southbound looks like there's more room but there is also a service road that allows you to change carriageways, certainly from southbound to Northbound, though the road markings make it look like you shouldn't do it the other way round. So in theory, If I'm right, its easy to get from the Southbound services and transfer to the Northbound…..looking carefully swapping from Southbound to Northbound does involve a little bit of driving the wrong way for fifty yards or so. North to South looks worse.

Those access roads are for emergency vehicles only. Although I know of some people who use them so the services become another junction in effect. Naughty and you may be fined IF caught...
