Time To Go.

Post by John B10 » Fri Sep 09, 2016 4:42 pm

I have decided that after almost 9 years of Alpina ownership it is time for my B10 to move to a new owner. There are no major problems with the car but a change of personal circumstances has brought this about.
The full advert is on Pistonheads and I will gladly answer any queries.
I have have enjoyed the information and knowledge readily given by other members of the Register and wish it well for the future.

Good luck with the sale and seems like a very fair price for a very nice car. Cheers John.

I owned this car for a short while and can confirm its condition and the care that John has bestowed upon the car.

If I wasn't setting myself up for a permanent move from the UK I would be tempted again.

A very nice looking car at a very reasonable price. I just love that Alpina cloth. Very rare to find that in UK cars 8)

Hi Chas. Thanks for your comments. I am fine healthwise but am now on my own in a 4 bedroom house with a large garden so will be looking for a smaller property in the spring.
My current 2 series is fine for my present needs so I decided to test the market for the B10. No interest so far.

Good to know. Give me a shout if you're up this way and in need of refreshment! :)

Good luck. Very good pricing - if it lasts a fortnight on sale I'll be surprised

No takers for my B10 so I have withdrawn it from sale and will try again next spring.

Hello Jonny. Just seen your question and I apologise for my not replying sooner as the car is safely garaged for the winter and I have not been following the register recently. THe car is a saloon, not a touring and will be re-advertised in the spring.

After almost nine years of Alpina ownership, I have sold B10 no 47 Which has gone to stay just north of London. During my time on the Register, I was always amazed at the experience and knowledge which was readily shared by other members. I also enjoyed meeting other owners in the North East area of Scotland and wish you all many years of enjoyable Alpina ownership.
