Hello
Hello
Wonder if anyone could help please I have found an 88 E30 alpina which needs a re commission as its been in storage for a few years its number 258 of 350 car was converted at new by the dealer I have the paperwork to prove, on a dvla check its still showing up as a 325i is this right? if I give you the reg or chassis number could anyone tell me if its genuine.
Cheers Ian

Ian do you have the original service book? Thats the only real surefire bit of paperwork, as 99% are registered on the V5's as just a normal 325i. Which makes proving authenticity all the more difficult now, especially if the service book is missing. Having it now adds value to the car as provenance can be prooved
The engine number stamped on the block should be the last 7 digits of your chassis. Its down by the base of the dipstick tube. 2861068 Thats if its on its original engine still - we hope so!
