Just got back from the ALPINA UK / Sytner event at Donnington.

I've taken lots of photos - but as I'm off for the weekend (tommorow 4am start You'll have to wait until I get back.
Fantastic to see so many ALPINA's on the track - 3 a breast at some times.

Just want to second what Neil said - enormous fun, great camaraderie and wonderful vehicles.
Best bit for me - chatting to the owner of the other B3S Touring which is the sister car to mine. They came over on the same lorry back in March 2003.
Other best bit - I quote another driver: " Those Tourings are deceptively quick"
Other other best bit - entertaining the spectators with a bit of estate car racing
Final other other other best bit - being invited by the instructor who showed me how to take the Craner Curves properly to join him in the pits at Le Mans later this month when he is racing a D type.
Neil and I are hatching plans for a few more events like this - watch this space

I actually spoke with Ged at the time of the Service. (Early April)
He rang me in mid-April and left a message, I returned the call and left a message in return. As I heard nothing from him I then emailed him. He replied (21.04.2005) saying he would call me but I've heard nothing since.
I assume it was something to do with the BMWCC as that formed the main part of our discussion during my visit.
In fairness though, previous to this Ged has been very helpful, particularly regarding my Factory visit in a couple of weeks time where he has actually emailed them for me as I'm hoping to meet the Technician who built my Engine.
I think Dealers in general could learn from Sterns at Worcestor. They have actively participated on the BMWCC Forum and encourage infomal contact from Owners.
My experience of Gorners at Wigan (TVR) was very similar to this whilst I had my Tuscans.
