Goodwood Breakfast Club
Shame you missed this Barry. It is a very local venue for you.BarryM wrote:Sorry I missed this, do these happen on a regular sort of basis?
They have not released the dates for next year yet, but there is a different themed breakfast club held there every month. Keep an eye on there website for next years dates.
Goodwood have already uploaded some pictures from yesterday. Including a nice picture of our B3. We feel very privileged

I had a great morning!! The breakfast was good too!!
Got up far too early after a very late night but as MCB said, it was a privilege to be on the grid displaying my car, I still cannot work out why....
The only thing I can think of is that is was rare cars, but then why was there a boy'd up RS4 next to mine? Who knows.....
Was good to meet Norrie and MCB X2
Hope to meet up again soon!

I still have no clue why they chose your car for that privilege. But trust me, from past events they are very selective on who they let park there. You should feel very honoured
They made us park half way down the finishing straight! But as compensation they did upload a nice picture of out car on there website
I do have a couple of pictures of your car. I am sorting through them now. Will try and upload them later tonight.

It was not just for German cars Brian. Anything that could crack 155mph from factory could be there. Although there were plenty of cars allowed in that did not fit that criteria.B10BRW wrote:Since when have Noble been German took my place the swine
Still cant see why they turned you down Brian. There was more than enough spaces for many more cars.

I didn't see any owners with their cars so presumably they were wandering and admiring as I was; I did follow an (Alpina?) blue D3 BiTurbo saloon out when I left but I think they were oblivious to me.
