I have been accepted to display my car on the start/finish line on the circuit!!

Unsure if I will actually make it as I am supposed to be out the night before

It says to be there by 8AM, we will see on the day

How many other Alpinstas will be there from here?

Quite excited by this!!

Including you it will be three from the register. Myself and E24Man (Kevin) being the others.

It starts at 8am. But we like to get there beforehand if we are displaying a car.

You are lucky to be accepted at this late stage. Will be a shame if you don't make it.

3 is a nice number :-)

Will make sure I will be there then!!

What time are you planning on arriving then? The reason being to shine the cars up?

No. The car will already be clean. :D

Two reasons for getting there early. The first is to ensure you get a decent spot out front on the start grid. If you are late and they think you are not coming, they will often stick you round the back in the pits. The second reason is that shortly after 8am it will be heaving with people. Therefore they don't like traffic movement after that time if they can help it. Health and safety issues.

We will aim to be there between 7.30 and 7.45.

Looks like been accepted but still haven't received the pass. Don't know should I go or not. :( :( :(
Will wait until tomorrow to confirm whether to go or not. If no pass, don't know where to park. Don't like to get up 4am and drive to there. :(

When you received you acceptance there should also be a link or attachment that will have your registration number on it. You must print that out and take it with you.

I don't have ours, but am waiting for my son to call back to let me know what you should do. They do not send the pass through the post.

Check you acceptance e,mail again.

Ok, I now have a copy of the acceptance e,mail. At the very bottom you will find a pdf file containing your pass. You must print this out and take with you.

Also I have just noticed that our pass is not for the start finish straight :( So looks like we will be parked round in the pits. You other guys are just lucky that you got a slot out front.

Look forward to seeing you all there.
