E46 B3.3 on Collecting Cars

Post by Simon B » Mon Aug 21, 2023 1:06 pm

This looks a nice B3 on auction. Finishes tonight

https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/200 ... onvertible

Went through a week or two ago and fetched £15k I think. buyer pulled out apparantly according to the questions on the auction listing.

i wouldnt have thought I would like red but it looks really nice and low mileage.

Must have pulled out

I watched the end of the second auction. Fetched £14750 but didn’t meet the reserve so finished unsold. A bit strange as I am sure the first auction went for £15k and the second auction showed “reserve lowered” a few minutes from the end. Can only assume the original reserve must have been more than £15k on the second auction.

Whatever the details it looked like a nice car. Hope someone on here gets it and it is as nice as it looks

you could argue that his asking price is unrealistic and that the final price achieved before is the actual value.

Given that two auctions reached £15k, then I would agree with you on both counts
