If anyone has more information on the car I’d be very grateful.

The most recent MOT history gives me some cause for concern:

Engine oil leak, but doesn't contaminate suspension/braking system
Engine oil level on minimum

Yep always been an E61 B5 :-) since the day it was born and enjoyed and by all the previous owners - also board members.
Great car and currently being restored to half its age (funds permitting) Can’t recall any of the owners stating it to be otherwise... am sure they would know what they own. :-)

Rav, have a look back at the pictures uploaded from the CPCE meet, Phil had the faulty water pump replaced by Sytners due to a new part failure after the meet itself (a good outcome for all that).

Below is the only other RHD e61 B5S I am aware off, but I have never seen it for sale (listed as a Japanese car)

https://www.alpina-archive.com/?p=12135 ... ouring-168

Hence I am sure #132 will make someone as a new owner feel very special and happy at the right price I am sure :-) a very unique car without any doubt.

Happy bidding and if you bid and win do let us all know too. Hopefully it won’t be a traders buy/markup car!

Ha ha, maybe. The comments in the MOT history does bother me unfortunately. Oil leak and oil at low level doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. Could be minor issue that’s been fixed but equally signs of something more serious!

The e61 b5 is a seriously cool car. If you take a standard 5 series touring of the era, it already had road presence. Add in the Alpina body kit, wheels and no roof rails it looks like a weapon! Let alone goes like one. I'd say its border line a stealth wolf....as most expect a 535d thats been chipped.
