That is beautiful, and looks mint. What's next for you Alpina Pete?

GLWS, that won't hang around!

Thanks,
I have my eye on either an F30 D3 or F32 D4
If it doesn’t sell I will happily keep it as it’s a lovely car

Pete

Great looking car Pete remember you buying this after a long search for the right motor
Have you considered chopping it in against a D4?

Hi Hap,

Yes, I have but most of the dealers aren’t budging on their own asking prices.
Would rather keep my car than hand it over for at their valuations only to see them mark it up by £3/£4K
In saying that one did offer me close to what I have it advertised for, against a D3 but unfortunately when I looked at the build sheet it was pretty basic so I never progressed that one.

Cheers

F30 1st change would be the wheels back to original. Dealer isn’t budging on the price

I’d say that’s a tough decision, the D4 #059 does look great in Alpina Blue and the Merino leather is really nice, but strangely it has lost its build plaque. D3 #242 has a great spec including an LSD which I think would sway it for me.

I know someone was close to doing a deal on #059 a couple of months ago but as it is still for sale I’m not sure what went wrong, but at £35k I reckon that’s top money right now. I know it’s the opposite end of the country and has more miles but it really be interested to know what is wrong with #051 (Alpina Blue/Cognac Lavalina) because at £24k it seems very tempting
