Not sure why, but Gumtree’s search alert email has your car advertised at £8,250 but the actual ad is £8,795.

Good luck with the sale.

Tell me about it! I'm utterly perplexed. Not a single enquiry. Makes a mockery of the others out there with £10,000 to £20,000 asking prices!

This is only a couple of miles from me and I have never seen it out, looks really nice, tempted to add this to go with by B3, especially in this colour.

Hi Richard

I've been avoiding posting this as I know how annoying it can be, but would a swap be of any interest?

I have a Boxster that I should have sold this summer but couldn't bring myself to do it, now I should wait until the spring but I just love the look of your car.

I'm only 12 miles from Cambridge too, if that helps.

Ben

Hi Richard
See both the gumtree and eBay add have gone.
Did you sell the car?

No not sold, I had no interest in the car whatsoever so it has now been moved into dry storage.

Gumtree advert simply expired and I pulled the eBay advert as the '£4000 - £5000 text offers get quite annoying.

With hindsight, trying to sell a 'modern classic' car just before xmas and the calamity of Brexit next year was probably always a tough ask!

Sorry to hear as it looks a good car for the money. It begs the question how the 3.2 models will sell at the prices being asked, even though I am biased.

In that case maybe I'll get another chance to buy when I sell the Boxster in the spring.
