Door and 'A' pillar trims

Post by Aggie » Thu Jun 07, 2018 3:04 pm

Hi All

I need to replace the Trims on top of the front doors and down the 'A' pillars as they are stained with what look like water marks. They are in what i beleive is called 'Piano Black'. Are these available from BMW or are they Alpina only? has anyone replaced them? Will i need to sell body parts?

If you mean the shadow line gloss trim then they will probably polish up nicely with a machine polish.

Try white vinegar mixed with water.

Worked on my dad's VW trim.
