I have looked at the BBC weather forecast over the last two days and it has changed about three times. I cant speculate anymore. However, the space allocated to each section or register is based on the number of tickets sold in correlation with display passes issued. If you have changed you car on the day for an ALPINA you best let me know and we shall see how much space there is.

Despite the event being advertised for 12 months less a week, I have had to requests for tickets and display over the weekend. I am appealing to the Club to see if they can be accommodated, I hope they can.

Good luck to the winners, I felt I could not leave the ALPINA section having asked so many to come, but I have a fair few trophies anyway so all the best, looks like we have two late additional to our numbers so no gaps in the line up.

Please do not ask me after 0900 hrs on Monday 5th August 19 if you can display your ALPINA and get tickets. The answer will be a resounding sorry but NO! Those people who contacted me this weekend are being accommodated.

You will however still be able to purchase tickets on the gate on the date, but not display your car. I never wish to turn anyone away from displaying but the deadline's deadline ends in 14 hours from now (1900 hrs Sunday).

My tickets arrived today as well! Look forward to a fab day!
