Sorry to hijack this one, but it's a good opportunity for someone, I have a tyre available if anyone wants it, good opportunity to collect without having to travel!

My space is now available. I’ll email Yatin shortly.

I’ll still be attending the meet via pubic transport but for several reasons have not had enough time to get the car ready (as I’ve been so busy), and it will be a hot sunny day (hopefully) therefore I can have a couple to drink and just relax.

Looks like Marise and me are not going to be able to make it. I have a tyre pressure warning light on but can't get one of the centre caps off to check the pressure of one of the tyres. I've doused it with WD40 and am hoping it enables me to get the thing to release - fingers crossed.

Yet another good day out with like minded ALPINA owners.
Great catching up with old & new faces, didn’t manage to speak to all, time just flys by, good food in the cafe too.

Congratulations to Alan, enjoy the D5. 😜
We’re there other raffle prizes ?

I was surprised the raffle wasn’t drawn on the day..!

Also I was wondering where the proceeds of the raffle go.

Whenever a raffle has been held in the past funds have been spent on flags and banners etc and what’s left go to a charity.

Until the next meet. 👍

An interesting day, first time to the Ace cafe although I've been past it many times over the years and obviously a popular place. Well done to Yatin for getting so many Alpinas together and good to put faces to a few from the register and also the new crowd from FB :)

Jim came up with me and probably wishes he'd got his car out of the garage too, always interesting to see how people look after their Alpinas - I was worried when we arrived and saw 2 people out polishing theirs but thankfully that was optional!

I took the usual terrible photos but here are a couple, I'm sure Asim is still developing his but would be keen to see some taken by the chap with the drone.
