B3.0/B3.2 - switchtronic shifting behavior

Post by bmwstephen » Thu Sep 28, 2023 10:09 pm

hello all- I have been spending more time driving in switch-tronic mode and the system is very responsive relatively speaking.

I am curious for those that drive in this mode in regular traffic, do you manually downshift or let the computer do it for you?

I have always found the downshifting to be jerky (upsetting the car when going over hills) unless I am doing so to overtake cars or power out of a turn.

curious to hear other people's experiences
