Re: Sytner messes up service! No surprises then...

It was no surprise to me either Norman, hence I checked the invoice for part numbers of fitted items. I have my car back now and the service was free as they wrote the cost off. In future I have a contact person now to call before the service to ensure the correct parts are ordered. Time will tell i...

Re: CPC ALPINA Open Day - May 2019

Apologies for lowering the tone of the meet with my awful grey M4 Kevin. Great to see all the proper cars though and had a eye opening ride in the edition 50. The want is strong!

Sytner messes up service! No surprises then...

I had my car serviced and MOT’d today at my local Sytners and the idiots fitted the wrong oil filter. Re: Mora e38 B12 for sale

I suspect they will as you REALLY need to want them at the prices being asked! By many accounts the 6.0 B12 is far more fragile than the 5.7 version so lots of brave pills required at this price point! Amazing looking car but the fragility of that engine would put me off at this price point. If it w...

Re: The forum is back, and so is the B6

Good to see you have got the B6 back. Where did you get the supercharger from in the end and what was the cost?
I am about to pull the trigger on new shocks etc, just waiting for the MOT at the weekend to make sure there are no “suprises” popping up.
Are you coming to any meets this year?

When the lotus Carlton came out wasn’t it the fastest production saloon in the world, the same as the B10 BT. Which car is the fastest at their launch dates?

I don’t think runflats are helping reduce the road noise, have you thought about ditching them for non runflats? I find cars with wide low profile tyres tend to have more road noise on certain surfaces than cars with fat squidgy narrow tyres. I can’t comment on F3x specifically but can’t see i...
