That's a ridiculous length of time to sort this out. Standard BMW parts so what caused the delay - the other party? Agents/brokers WFH? Procedure? The whole motor insurance industry needs a complete shake out. Root and branch. It's a rip off. Where the hell's the RAC or AA when you need them to look...
