Just got the B3BT renewal from LV and it's £3 less than last year! What a pleasant change!

£206.46, comprehensive cover, protected bonus, 3000 miles per year £450 excess, the wife and me to drive, motor legal cover.

No courtesy car or European travel included.

I also need 4 new tyres. I'm currently running PS2s. I will stick with Michelin.

Has anybody any experience of PS3s, PS4s or Super Sports.

Any recommendations? I've always been happy with the PS2s.

Thanks.

A vote for LV from me, I've been with them the last two years. I was with Aviva the two years before that until their prices started creeping up.
Both companies also recognise the B3 BT coupe on their systems.

Hi Hap, I had my B10 spare wheel powder coated at Colourfast in Grimsby. They made a great job of getting a pothole dent out of the rim but I wasn't impressed with the powder coating it chipped too easily. BMW at Laceby painted the other four and did a good job but you need to remove the valves and ...

Hi Rob?

I don't know about 20" but my B3BT is on 19" wheels.
I've got a Porsche Boxster space saver wheel and an adaptor to convert it to fit the BMW hub. I've also got a 3 series jack.
Touch wood I've never had to use it! I shouldn't be saying this!

Last year I collected my B3 from my local BMW main dealer after it's MOT.
The service manager asked one of the guys to drive the Alpina around to the front. He said "You can't miss it, it's the prettiest car on the lot"
That still makes me smile a year later!

My B3 is not used daily and sometimes doesn't come out to play for weeks at a time. I leave mine permanently connected to the CTEK and just unplug it when I take it out for a drive. You can get a fly lead to connect to the battery with a plug on the end. This makes putting it on charge and disconnec...

Go for it Geoff :D Hi Steve, I've e mailed M-Tec Dynamics in Sheffield as I'm away on holiday at the moment. Hoping to hear from them after the weekend and arrange a visit to view next week when I get home. The parts on the website (Shady's Carbon) look very good but I need to see them in the flesh...

Yes James not figuring on changing it anytime soon! It will be 7 years on October 7th, the day of the Sytner meet. Not as long as you I know! Anne said a year or so back aren't you ready for a change and I said and just what would I change it for? Last week she said, "I don't think you'll ever sell ...
