Re: Will alpina make B8 2019 8 series?

The myths that dreams are made of, but not sure that the sales figures would warrant the development costs. At that price bracket there are probably more desirable cars.

https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v369/hellstaff/alpina%20b3s%20touring/20190511_131913_zpskmlts7lq.jpg Put the B3S on the dyno yesterday 295bhp and 270lbs and spot on fueling. Engine needs a service, I've always said these 3.4s are the ball bags. 160,000 and still on the money. You won't find an ...

Re: Sytner messes up service! No surprises then...

It is frankly ridiculous that the UK importer doesn't know that an Alpina has special parts in some circumstances and should check the Alpina VIN first......... just shows that management fails in training and supervision......., Or for us poor people that believe BMW is best it will generate a prob...

It was still on their poster wall on 1st Monday of this month when I went up for "German night" at the Ace Cafe

I'll happily put my name down now that Phil at CPC has sorted my electrical issues.

The one I own is my dream, but for a stable mate a B10 BiTurbo would go down nicely, the E34 Chassis is sublime

+1 CPC Amersham,

But go there and see Phil in person, he is nightmare to get hold of/get a response from by phone or email.

The only guy worth talking to in our area. Lovely looking car btw, must be very rare in that colour if not the only one?

It had a new one at 18k under warranty, I won't do short journeys in it so it always gets warmed up properly so hoping that helps ensure longevity. No still not done the pedalox cable, been working on the track M3 too much at the moment and the weather has not been great .....parked outside unfortun...

Likes:-
Awesome performance when pressed
Cruising through France effortlessly at 90+ for 12 hrs
Roof down motoring.

Yes the B5 has the same engine and supercharger and performance. I test drove a B5 sytner Ascot had 3 years ago and was gobsmacked at the performance but it was a bit to old to be my company hack at the time, got an Infiniti QX 70 instead, I bought my B6s as a toy a year later....as I love the soft ...

The RS200 sounds epic though :P RS200?...if only....in my dreams, now worth a small fortune specially in Evo guise. I remember the Collins MS one go past me like I was standing still at Pembrey, spitting flames being chased by the Bailey MS Cossie powered RS2000 in the 90's. 600hp vs 500hp awesome....
