Precisely not. Genuine Alpinas keep their BMW badges on front/rear. Alpina badges on these places, are guaranteed 100 % fake.

The first COC were delivered by Alpina on new cars as of April 2010. For all Alpina prior to that, if you buy your car from another country, you have to go through an individual registration process in your own country. With the technical documents provided by Alpina, it is usually feasible, and tak...

I had a GT3 from 2014 to recently. I sold it after 5k kms, mainly because of the front brakes, which had to be changed (discs, rotors, pads) fortunately under Alpina's warranty . I did drive it on some tracks (Spa, Nurburgring) and was told that this was the cause...too much heating, leading the dis...

The cars on the first two lines were all physically displayed by Alpina at the 50 event in Buchloe, as well as older s"stars" like the 3.0 CSL Alpina or the 2002 tii Alpina. They are all their own property. Alpina decided recently to buy back some of the best cars for each of the historical models a...

Indeed. This video was taken by a member of the group of Belgian Alpina owners who participated to the Alpina 50th anniversary celebration. We drove from Belgium to the Ring, with 17 Alpinas, and were offered laps in the passenger seat with either Andy Bovensiepen, Maxime Martin (official BMW DTM dr...

Instead, from Calais you can go through Gent-Brussels-Liege, then south to Germany Why not make a stop in Spa-Francorchamps, have a view on the beautiful circuit, and have a lunch there? For having both the Convertible and the Coupe (yet, in E92 and E93) I can confirm these are two different cars. The convertible is much more geared to cruising, and very comfortable. Driven with a sporty spirit, the coupe is way ahead in handling, cornering and braking. Quote from G. Schuster from A...

Very interesting. Out of 140, only 12 are petrol cars. And out of the 128 diesel cars, 88 are D3 saloon/touring cars, ie. the entry level of the brand. It seems that Alpina is viewed as a good "value-performance for money" car, rather than a legendary, exclusive and upscale brand. People wanting an ...

On my E46 B3S, back in 2003, the gearbox oil change was not prescribed by Alpina. So the dealership never changed it. 3 years after I got the car, the gearbox went down, and was replaced at cost of Alpina. On my recent B3S Biturbo, a full gearbox oil change is, as per the Alpina user manual, prescri...

I will drive from Brussels to Buchloe , depart on Friday, spend the night somewhere in between, and will return on Sunday.
My big question is "which one shall I take ?" 8)
